We are offing an oven ready Thanksgiving dinner for pickup on Wednesday November 22nd.  
We've partnered again this year to provide 150+ Thanksgiving day meals for the homeless.  Your purchase will contribute to this effort.

The Bird

Quartered breast + legs & thigh, brined for 24 hours, celery seed-sage-thyme compound butter

 

Smashed Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes smashed with butter and sour cream

 

Dressing

Artisan bread dressing with buttery celery, onion, and sage

 

Green Bean Casserole

Fresh green beans, creamy parmesan bechamel, sauteed mushrooms, crispy onion

 

Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Baked sweet potatoes, peeled, whipped with butter and Ohio maple syrup

 

Tillamook Mac N Cheese

Tillamook cheddar cheese sauce, stringy whole milk mozzarella

 

Turkey Gravy

Homemade turkey gravy from roasted trimmings
