Simple Healthy Meals

Finding the time to prepare healthy meals can be difficult.  As a result, Chef Shane created MACRO to provide himself and his family with meals to enjoy throughout the week.  These meals are now available to you! While they are not intended to be the only solution to eating and living healthy, these meals can be an important step in the right direction.

How it works

The menu changes each week and consists of 2 breakfasts, 2 salads with protein, 1 beef entree, 1 chicken entree, and ala carte proteins.  All items are gluten-free, packaged in microwave safe containers.  Nutrition info is available for each item on the ordering page.​

The MACRO Challenge

The MACRO challenge is a 30-day program meant to kick start or renew healthy habits.  It consists of:

4days/ week x 3 MACRO meals/day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) ~ 1,600 calories/day, 100g protein.  On your MACRO meal days:
•    No snacks
•    No sugar 
•    No alcohol

+ 3 days per week 30+ minutes of exercise
