Layers of roasted bell pepper, zucchini, squash, onion, and eggplant over a rich tomato sauce prepared in individual cast iron skillets, topped with herb oil and fresh mozz, toasted baguette

Butternut Squash Pierogis
Fresh pasta filled with roasted  butternut squash and manchego, seared and served with honey crisp apple puree, creme fraiche, and Sage pesto

Seabass/fresh Phyllo
Seared seabass wrapped with hand rolled phyllo ribbon over roasted rainbow root veggies, Dijon beurre blanc

Beef Rib
Smoked beef back rib, slaw in pancetta, white cheddar macaroni croquette, tart cherry BBQ

Maple Pecan Tart
