Gluten Free Artisan Breads & Pastries

Our handmade breads and pastries are made from gluten free ingredients and prepared in a gluten free kitchen.  These products are suitable for those with celiac disease and other gluten intolerances.  This branch of Chef's Table was inspired by Chef Shane's daughter who herself lives with celiac.  

Baguette

Thick crusty exterior and moist soft interior.  Suggested serve by slicing into 2” thick pieces with a side of Kerrygold butter or dipping oil and finishing salt.

 

Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, arrowroot powder, sorghum flour, xanthan gum), water, sugar, salt, yeast, egg white.   Contains eggs

 


Ciabatta

Light crusty exterior and soft interior with various sized air pockets.  Suggest slicing in half long ways, putting cut side down and slicing into serving size pieces.  Can be tightly wrapped in plastic and frozen within 48hrs.  Thaw completely and then bake at 350 for 10 minutes before serving.  

 

Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, arrowroot powder, sorghum flour, xanthan gum), potato starch, water, sugar, salt, yeast.

 


Croissant

Made in the traditional ways with hand rolled yeasted puff pastry. Enjoy on its own or with some of you favorite

jam.

flour, xanthan gum), butter, corn starch, nonfat dry milk, whole milk, sugar, yeast, salt, water, egg. Contains dairy, eggs, corn

 

 


Herb Focaccia

Enriched with potato and olive oil, this focaccia is delicious as bruschetta, pizza, or sliced in half for sandwiches.

 

Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, arrowroot powder, sorghum flour, xanthan gum), water, eggs, olive oil, dehydrated Idahoan

Original Mashed Potatoes (Idaho potatoes, (monoglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bisulfite, citric acid, mixed tocopherols)), sugar, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, yeast.  Contains eggs


Flour Tortillas

Hand Rolled tortillas, perfect for flat bread, tacos, and quesadillas OR simply warm over medium heat in a skillet and dip in warm butter.

 

Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, arrowroot powder, sorghum flour, xanthan gum), water, tapioca starch, sugar, olive oil, salt, yeast.


Cinnamon Rolls

Hand rolled with cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg.  Suggest warming in oven or microwave.
